Joshua has lived on the Mornington Peninsula his entire life. After graduating from University, he worked in federal politics in Melbourne’s south east, before working in communications in the NDIS for a not-for-profit children’s disability organisation.

Joshua previously worked for the Victorian Government on the Mornington Peninsula, where he helped oversee significant investments in schools, improved community facilities, and recovery efforts to local businesses after the impacts of Covid-19.

He comes to this role having been highly recommended by community and business leaders for his bi-partisan approach to working through local issues, integrity, ability to work with all levels of government, and passion for Frankston and the Mornington Peninsula.

He lives locally with his wife, Margaret, and he is President and Founder of a local Soccer Club.
