2026 Victorian Election Candidates Forum

The Committee for Frankston & Mornington Peninsula invites you to join us at our 2026 Victorian Election Candidates Forum at the Mornington Racecourse.

This not-to-be-missed major regional political event will set the agenda ahead of the Victorian State Election, set to be held on 28 November.

This Luncheon is the only event of its kind ion the Mornington Peninsula, providing a unique opportunity to hear directly from candidates about the issues that matter to you across Frankston, Hastings, Mornington and Nepean.

Our moderator, Heidi Murphy, is a highly experienced journalist and broadcaster, with a demonstrated, and award-winning history in Melbourne media. She spent nearly a decade as Senior Producer to Neil Mitchell's top rating Mornings program on 3aw. She was named the 2020 and 2021 Radio Producer of the Year at the Australian Commercial Radio Awards. In 2022, Heidi made the move to the television newsroom at Channel Nine, where she's a senior reporter. She can also be heard on the Sunday Morning Program at 3aw every weekend; and is a regular fill in for week day hosts.

During the forum, guests will hear from sitting politicians and candidates on their priorities and vision for our region. Guests will also get the opportunity to ask a question in the room via Slido.

Tickets are available to the general community and Committee members for this event. Please scroll below to purchase a ticket.

Each ticket includes a drink upon arrival and two-course lunch meal.
