Our Strategic Plan

The Committee for Frankston & Mornington Peninsula is committed to working with all levels of government and the business and not-for-profit communities to make our region a better place to live, work and invest.

Our six policy pillars are the driving force behind all that we stand for. 

This Strategic Plan 2024-2027 was developed in consultation with our members. We look forward to presenting it in July this year.
