This breakfast briefing will provide an opportunity for CFMP members to hear about the significant redevelopment currently underway at Frankston Hospital.
CFMP Community Partner, Peninsula Health, and CEO Felicity Topp, are pleased to provide an overview of this project.
Breakfast will be provided by the Committee.

Background to project from the Victorian Health Building Authority.
The Victorian Government is delivering a $1.1 billion redevelopment of Frankston Hospital.
The redevelopment will transform services at the hospital, delivering a new tower with 12 levels of clinical services and main entrance, 130 more beds, new spaces for mental health and oncology services and 15 new operating theatres.
With more families choosing to make Frankston home, the redevelopment will also deliver expanded women's and children's services. This includes new maternity, obstetrics and paediatric wards, a women's clinic and a special care nursery.
An expansion of the emergency department will deliver a new mental health, alcohol and other drugs hub and a dedicated paediatric zone,
providing specialist care for patients, families and carers when they need it most.
Construction is underway, with main works expected to be completed in 2025.
