I have a science degree and 10 years of experience in report writing, research and collaboration on several projects. I would be willing to work with people from all sides of politics to achieve more for our community.

I would assess re-zoning issues on a case by case basis

I believe that local government can increase supply of social housing by setting quotas in new builds. Some parcels of vacant council land can be used for this purpose.

I definitely support the redevelopment of Rosebud Hospital. Especially upgrades to the facilities for emergency surgeries, and more facilities for managing chronic health conditions. I think council can collaborate with local members and pressure state government to ensure that the funding is obtained.

I would make sure that ratepayer dollars are used to help those less fortunate in our community. Helping homeless people find housing, supplying daily goods and supplies to those in need, and providing family violence and mental health services.

I would want people to know that I did everything in my power to assist those in need. I would want people to think that I had an impact to making the peninsula a safer, cleaner, more inclusive place to live.

I think all community groups are important to hear from regarding all sorts of matters. I would consult with CFMP on alot of issues concerning the Mornington Peninsula.

We need a cohort of councillors that are happy to consult with the community and collaborate with each other. We all can benefit from a council that actually listens and gets things done, especially in areas that have been neglected for decades.
