High cost of living High rental Roads and safety (CFA) House shortages Lack of service for seniors. Youth unemployment

I have the qualification and experience in business and Community service. I can understand our Community needs and have the knowledge to resolve these challenges

With the current uncertainty around the world with the risk of food shortage and high cost of living we really need to think hard before deciding on such an important issue. We get a lot of rain in this part of Melbourne it would be beneficial for our community to use the land for agriculture need to keep up with the high cost of produce. I need to learn more before answering this important question.

First we need to fasten the building permit and planning registration process. Second we need to allow to have more dwelling on the land and increase it to two or four dwelling in certain areas.

Yes it’s important to collaborate within all councils to chip in towards the project

Because I can get things done. I have listened to their stories and challenged for the last thirty four. I want what they want, as well I have the knowledge and experience to do so.

I want to see safe and clean road. A family wet leisure, reasonable rates, opening men shed to train our youth. Protecting government assets and green wedge. Boosting local business and improving tourism. Also a centre for seniors and people leisure special needs.
