Tell us about yourself!
I am a mum of 3 amazing, beautiful, big hearted, loyal, independent individuals with fabulous partners. They, and my 2 grandchildren, are my greatest achievements and continue to teach me more every day. I’m a business leader with experience in sales, marketing, projects and operations who has led teams of over 150 people in corporates, owned small businesses and worked with start-ups. I‘ve been employed in printing, technology, tourism, and financial services. I would be an asset in the roll out of council’s vision to become the vibrant capital of the south-east. My background is on LinkedIn. Joining council is my way of giving back to the community, and I’m particularly passionate about caring for the elderly who built our great nation. I value supporting our country and people with a buy Australian mindset (yes, buying local is essential), real environmental impact, small business over corporations, equality, honesty, individuality, and laughter over political correctness. Born in Chelsea, I’ve lived all over our great state. I’m now a committed Bayside resident, where I live with my daughter, her partner and our puppies and cat. I love music, my car, boating and spending time with kind people who know that moments matter.
