I am a dedicated and community-focused professional with extensive experience in business development, business operations, event management, and community engagement. Currently, I am employed full-time as a senior business development manager in the tourism and accommodation industry while also running a successful adventure business with over 27,000 members. This has allowed me to channel my passion for nature, the outdoors, and community connection while promoting a healthy and positive lifestyle. My background and demonstrated success in operations management and event coordination equip me with the skills to ensure transparent communication and effective decision-making within local government. I am committed to addressing community safety, youth crime prevention, mental health awareness, and sustainable housing development, positioning myself as a proactive advocate for Frankston and the residents of Yamala Ward. With a proven track record of collaboration and building community trust, I am ready to bring fresh ideas and a strong independent voice to the Yamala Ward, prioritizing the needs of locals while championing responsible development and environmental preservation.

I strongly support the Frankston Metropolitan Activity Plan and the 20-year vision for Frankston. I believe the FMAC plan demonstrates Frankston’s commitment to evolving with the times and presenting our city as an attractive opportunity for high-quality developers to invest in, leading to significant improvements in housing options for all. I believe that residential development in our CBD is essential for revitalizing the area, enhancing safety, and attracting new businesses to Frankston. I look to the future in Frankston with a great sense of optimism.

I believe the local government can play a key role in keeping jobs and attracting new businesses to Frankston City through focused actions. The Frankston Metropolitan Activity Plan is vital for attracting quality developers and creating mixed-use spaces in the CBD. This will revitalize the area and provide new housing, business opportunities, and job creation. Additionally, continued—but measured—investment in infrastructure and development programs aligned with collaboration from local businesses, local schools, community groups, sporting clubs, and residents will ensure our local economy can grow and remain strong.

Local government can help Frankston City meet the Victorian Government’s housing targets by working proactively and enthusiastically towards delivering the Frankston Metropolitan Plan vision and collaborating with developers interested in investing in Frankston.

I genuinely care about our community and will bring a positive and collaborative approach to creating a Frankston for everyone.

I would like to be remembered as someone who was happy, optimistic, and enthusiastic, and who spent their time working to make our city better and our community stronger.

Like most community groups, I believe the relationship between Frankston City and the Committee for Frankston & Mornington Peninsula is important, and as a councillor, I would be open to continued communication and working together to meet community needs and support our shared goals.
