3. What do you see as the key issues facing the Mornington Peninsula Shire?

To concentrate on the issues that the Council is responsible for and not be spending time on issues outside the scope.

4. What skills and experience will you bring to your role if elected to Mornington Peninsula Shire Council?

Finance, Logistics, Risk Management, Strategic Planning

5. Do you support the re-zoning of surplus Port-zoned SUZ-1 land to industrial and residential, to assist in keeping high-tech manufacturing jobs on the Mornington Peninsula and provide long-term strategic planning to the housing crisis in our region?

Yes after assessment of what is required.

6. What role do you believe local government can play to help Mornington Peninsula Shire Council reach the Victorian Government’s ambitious housing targets of 31,000 new dwellings by 2050?

This is a State matter, but council can assist in issuing permits in a timely manner.

7. Do you support efforts to redevelop Rosebud Hospital? What tangible role can local government play in advocating for funding for this project?

Yes This Hospital is required for the residents and visitors to our Peninsula.

8. Why should ratepayers vote for you?

I will provide Transparency and Accountability within Council decisions and make such decisions following consultation with the residents.

9. If you are elected, what would you like your legacy to be at the end of your four year term?

Accountability and to provide a safe environment for all families to live.

10. How important to you is the relationship between Mornington Peninsula Shire and the Committee for Frankston & Mornington Peninsula? What would you do as a councilor to maintain and improve that relationship?

Extremely important and to meet regularly.
