South East Water join Committee
The Committee is pleased to advise that South East Water have joined the Committee for Frankston & Mornington Peninsula as a Community Partner.
Community Partners provide significant support to our advocacy efforts as they are regional service providers, local governments, significant employers, and influential community tennants. They are led by community and civic leaders with a collective interest in ensuring Frankston and the Mornington Peninsula is a great place to live, work and invest.
South East Water now join Mornington Peninsula Shire Council, Frankston City Council, Monash University, Chisholm Institute and Peninsula Health as Community Partners of CFMP.
In the Committee's new Strategic Plan, a priority area for advoacy is sustainable development. We believe working alongside and in collaboration with partners like South East Water will contribute to those efforts, including advocacy around recycled water, support for renewables and net-zero industries in our region, climate change adaptation, and enhancing Frankston CBD.
