Spotlight Property Group joins the Committee

We are delighted to announce that Spotlight Property Group (SPG) has joined the Committee as a Diamond Member for 2026.

SPG's membership will help support the Committee's advocacy work in Frankston and across the Peninsula on housing, greater access to public transport, and improved accessibility to education and healthcare opportunities.

Spotlight has a strong connection to the Peninsula, with one of its very early successful retail stores located in the heart of Frankston. 

SPG manages the Spotlight Group’s diversified portfolio across Australia, New Zealand, the US as well as the growing store network in South East Asia.

The company focuses of edge on centre assets, neighbourhood centres, large format, and residential opportunities. 

With a strong focus on improving housing outcomes for affordable housing, student accommodation, key worker accommodation, and aged care - SPG's membership will provide significant value to the Committee going forward.

We look forward to working with SPG on our Strategic Plan and advocacy goals this year - alongside our other Diamond Members Village Glen and Village Baxter.
