Strategic Plan Workshop

On 26 March, members came together at Frankston RSL to reflect, review and provide feedback to the Committee's Strategic Plan document. 

This comes weeks after the release of the Committee's Benchmarking Analysis which provides new data available reflecting the regional disadvantage and funding discrepancy in our region.

We'll now include your member feedback in our updated Strategic Plan this year.
