The Revitalisation of Rosebud's Broadway Theatre

On 30 May 2025, CFMP members and friends of the Committee were provided a briefing on the progress of the revitalisation of The Broadway Theatre in Rosebud.

The Barnacle Studios - founded by Max Johnson and Sally Baillieu - are behind the Rosebud labour of love and intricate revitalisation project.

We were pleased to hear from Chilsholm's head of Art and Design, Michelle Crotty, about the impact this building will have on the creative arts industry on the southern peninsula. It will provide pathways for creatives, students, and locals that were not possible before, and provide them with a sense of belonging and purpose right here in Rosebud.
